Black m3 at frys?!!

I spotted a black m3 with Bbs rims, some crazy front bumper/lip, red scoops, and a 11-99 license plate.
Frys in anaheim/Tustin area. If you are on here I might have drooled on your car and I am sorry.

I saw a matte black m5 debadged also. With black rims. Seemed like his bumper was falling off.
