Hello all
E85 is still running strong. And car feels dialed in and getting faster in the car. Won my NASA TT Class this weekend! Here is the video. Watch out for flying bumpers. If I haven't hit traffic and the bumper was off line. The car is 1:34-1:35, but 1:37.055 is the best that could be had. Some small upgrades over the winter. Will update.

Yes! The same car had a right rear hub fail earlier in the weekend.

My fab guy made them. I think they are just bent aluminum bar.

Update on the AFD E85 kit. So after the Issue with the cylinder 8 injector we swapped the control box, big thanks to AFD doing it during SEMA, and everything has been peachy.

Vents look legit, very nice. BTW, curious if you are still running the BW Motor Mounts? If so, I think you might appreciate going poly or solid. They aren't great on the street but it seems you are way beyond that as a consideration.

What happened to the paddles? Notice you weren't using them in the last vid.

We are not sure. The up paddle was intermittently working and the. Lost function of both. Haven't dived into it yet but will after the new year. No error codes or anything so gonna have to test and search.

question. I think in an earlier post you said you had an option of using the single GT4 type canard and the double canard type if needed (sorry for just going off memory). Is there a reason or certain types of tracks you do this for? Does one give more front aero balance than the other? thanks in advance.

The dual element has less drag and less downforce so a faster track ie road atlanta these might be advantageous. That being said i have been running the gt4 style canards from bimmerworld mostly. just like having the tuning ability.

Possibly FS
Summit Technologies Raptor button system. https://summit-technologies.myshopif...mmable-version This is the easiest and best system to use if you want to have controls at your finger tips. I currently use it for aux fan, diff cooler, coolshirt, and the aim display functions. I might be going a different route in the very near future and wanted to give people here first crack at it if I move on from this set up. PM and I can discuss more. Thanks.

Question for electric gurus.
So the last time I had the car on track the paddle system went down. Had to use the stick. Now....the paddles wire into a modified steering wheel button harness. We have also wired MDM to be on when the car is on (so the green m mode symbol is on the dash). So in my mind the problem has to be the worksbell paddle system or the electrical connection from the paddles to the modified control harness. Not the modified harness. Any insight is helpful. Solved: paddles need new switches
