Can our Navs be modded to play DVD movies?

I know this was a possibility with the e46 M3. Anyone know if we can do this with the current M3? If so, anyone done this?

Manual says as you are stopped or under 2mph, may vary by country.

is it the 09 screen or the 09 player that plays the dvds and if it is the player cud we technically just buy the new 09 player and switch it out with the 08???
