Question NAV grayed out and no media storage?

Got into the car for the first time in a week and noticed my Navigation is grayed out and wont let me select it, also found that i cannot access any of my saved media and the car doesn't recognize there is a CD in the slot?

Is there any way to do like a hard reset or reboot?

Do i have a electric issue or is this something simple?

To be honest, it sounds like it might have failed already. The only hope is to try and clone it to an image and copy it to a new drive,

or ask BMW for a replacement. I believe BMW would replace the whole CIC unit..which isn't pretty.
