Fast forward
Took my 2011 E92 to the dealer today for regular oil change but they said its due for rear deferential and spark plugs too. Yeah I put 32,000 on my 2011 (bought it 5/2010)
I\'m thinking, - I\'ll be out of warranty in 2012. - Will hit 100,000 miles before the new model arrives to the USA. - Will put on my third set of tires before 2 years of ownership

Impressive. I only have 24k on my 2011, same pickup time, but have about 30 track days thus far. Let's see whose car falls apart first

I only have 3,000 on my 2011.5. Picked up March in Munich, May 15 in PCD and drove up to NY via VA Beach. Have only driven my car 1800 miles since May 21. Its a real shame. Its no fault of my own. I drive it everyday to and from the train station and insist on driving Saturday and Sundays. My car will still have the new car smell after 4 years. Gas mileage is at an awesome 10MPG so I'm driving it right... it just not long trips.
Just did a quick calculation. 1800miles in 152 days=11.84 miles per day. There is 1243 days till my 4 year warranty is up. 1243x11.84=14,719+current 3k. I'll have 17719 miles after 4 years. Need to drive to california and back! Who wants to buy my M?

Pick your battles, mine will disintegrate before you hit 50K miles. By the time you're eating dinner tonight I will probably add 200 miles to my number Love it though

Keep enjoying the car. It's meant to be out on the road.
