Naw, when BMW Toronto fucked me over, I told the service advisor that I will be discouraging people to go there for as long as I live. I know a lot of BMW owners and I will continue to discourage people for as long as I own a BMW.

Marky, just because you had a bad experience doesnt mean that everyone who goes there will have one too...

Gearhead is right, just move on.
IMO NO BMW Dealer is a saint, they all have there ups and downs and
you just deal with it...

Just enjoy the M with the top down in this beautiful weather and live...

Amen to that. They don't give a rats ass about us anyways. We're just another customer and another dollar to them. May this thread RIP.
