Not sure if I'm making the right choice, but here goes nothing. $27,000

Listing up my 2011 E90 M3 Comp up for sale. Just hit 124k miles I originally bought this (recently) to have something to throw around a track but my plans have changed work wise and will be gone for most of the track season.

Pros/Recent Maintenance:
-HR Lowering springs
-Fresh 2 Stage paint correction with ceramic coating (wheels as well)
-RB's done (verified through previous owner/shop that did them) @ 98k miles with BE bearings.
-TA's done (per previous owner)
-Engine/trans mounts replaced during RB swap
-Fuel breather valve replaced
-Exhaust mod done to rear muffler (sounds amazing)
-OEM Center support bearing
-Apex EC-7 18x10 square set up with continental tires
-DCT Serviced recently
-Clean title w/ 2 keys
-Oil changed less than 1k miles ago

Cons:
-Small blemish on rear bumper
-Car sat for a while so tires have flat spots. I have driven about 800 miles on them and they seem to be getting better, just minor road noise that goes away after . Tires still have great tread.
-Valve cover gaskets are starting to show signs of seepage

These pictures were taken less than a week ago. Miles will go up as I do drive and enjoy it on nice days we have. It's been really reliable to me and wouldn't hesitate to drive it cross country (eventually plan on driving it to the tail if I have it long enough) Not really looking for trades at the moment.
