.mov files on Race Render 2 - heyelp!

Anyone else have trouble uploading .mov files to the Race Render app? I just downloaded the app last night, but just get a black screen when trying to run the film to preview or sync HLT data? I feel like I have missed something in setting it up.

Thanks in advance!

I would be curious to hear some feed back regarding this app once you get it figured out. Haven't tried it but thought about picking it up.

The program is excellent, especially for the price.

To the OP -- did you try emailing tech support? They are actually surprisingly responsive. I believe it's a pretty small operation. It does say that .mov is supported although I haven't used it:

QuickTimeŽ Video

I figured out if I pass the film through i-movie, it is then read by Race Render and can be seen.

Now I have to deal with the data visualization - it seems to lose syncronization! Argghhh!

I've heard good things of race render, tried it, but still find Dashware much more intuitive to use. Not to start a "which software is better", just thought I'd give you my thoughts since I have tried it.

glad you figured it out by the way, looking forward to the videos.
