I placed my order with David for a European delivery M3 couple last week and the process has very easy. He's a great guy. Just give him a call or email and he'll get back to you.

I'm paying $500 over invoice which I feel is fair. Irv Robinson from edbmw.com wanted $1500 over invoice which is a shame since that dealership is only 25 minutes away. Ultimately, not only did David come through with a much better price but he's very easy to do business with and gets back to you fast.

I ordered my 2011 M3 from David Aviles back in May and picked it up at the BMW performance center in July. Invoice price, no haggling or anything. So easy.

He is now at Northwest BMW, but I believe he is still selling them at invoice price. Give him a call!

Yes I ordered with him about a month ago and he's still doing ED invoice. No hassle. Roughly $400 over invoice which is a great price.

it is all about choices and some see a deal very differently.
Enjoy the arguments.

ditto! Irv seems like a nice guy, but unfortunately his pricing is not competitive in this segment.

I agree 100%. I even mentioned to Irv early (and in a very polite way) that I was also talking to David to make sure got a competitive deal. His offer was not only $1000 more but there were a lot of mystery dealer fees as well. After asking him if that was the best he could do, he pulled out a "I don't get rich off Euro Deliveries" comment so it made the decision easier.

I couldn't be happier with my buying experience with David so far.

did he give you the "well, do you want the chief surgeon to operate on you, or the resident student" card?

I guess that makes me feel alot better about Dave. As long as it's at ED invoice or close, I will be going that route. Next summer cannot come quick enough!

David Aviles is the best!

The majority of (SoCal) CA's are snakes or jerks.

What made it a "no-brainer" for me, besides the haggle-free, at invoice pricing, was the time involved. One phone call and three emails-that's it, deal done. Even as a West-Coaster, it made sense to go through David because of the time he saved me. As long as he's selling, I'll never buy from anyone else.

THANK YOU DAVID!

those of you that have bought from david and received invoice pricing, was it invoice plus tax, tag, title? or was it invoice + some fees + tax, tag, title?

he quoted me invoice pricing last week and i emailed him back to confirm the above question. however, i think he's in france right now for the award ceremonies/party for the 'power of m' competition that he won. his out of office says he should be back next monday/tuesday.

Invoice included training and MACO. The other fees were tax, DMV fees, and if I remember correctly a very reasonable doc fee of $100.
