Stock Exhaust Wanted - Vic

Hi Guys,

The new owner of my car will need to get it inspected for licensing. The car currently is decatted with MPE, just wondering if anyone has a stock cat section and stock rear available for use (hire?) or for sale ? I told him I would ask so he can get it through inspection easily.

He lives in Melbourne for guys over there?

Thanks

I know of a workshop that has a forum members e92 xpipe section and another forums m3 e90 front and back section. However the workshop may have closed up for the year. What's it worth to the new owner. Eg If it's a e90 said exhast owner could be amenable to lend it and they can store it up to the point where the owner says please ship the exhaust to WA at no cost to the owner along with a set of black exhaust tips from ebay or ali that hat fit the stock back box
Minimum storage period would be 3 months on or off the car

Hey mate, not sure I follow? Why would he ship them to WA? Are you suggesting this shipping would be in lieu of payment? The car wont arrive in Melb til January sometime anyway I expect.

Expecting the e90 to be garaged in WA next year and dont want to be in the situation this guy is in.
Eg want to be able to return the e90 car back to stock exhaust if required. So yes shipping fee would be in lieu of payment. Call it a hiring fee.. Also the workshop that the exhaust is stored at could possibly fit it it for the roadworthy. But is it an e92 or e90 as I understood their is a slight difference in length. Of the stock exhausts. If e92. If e90 no issue. If e92 I could possibly arrange for a e92 front section and a e90 back section.

ould be in lieu

E93 , they are all the same length bar the tips from my understanding. I dont think he would want the hassle or responsibility of shipping to be honest, but may be able to pay a fee instead. I have the old e92 rear section here in WA so could give that instead of him shipping?

That would be handy if the workshop could handle the work for him.
