Hydrodipping?
So, I have my flame suit on just in case! I am thinking of having the face of my ZCP wheels hydrodipped in carbon fiber. The barrels will be gloss black. Has anyone done this and if so any pictures? My only concern is that there is so much contour to the wheels that I'm afraid it will stretch and look stupid. I saw a ZL1 Camaro at a car show where a guy did this with his wheels and it looked awesome. However, those wheels are considerably more flat than the ZCP wheels. Let me know your thoughts...

I don't think people will even be able to see it. Spokes are too thin -- it might just look weird and like the wheels are dirty/covered in debris.
The whole idea of hydrodipping is stupid. It's no better than faux carbon wraps. Either get the real stuff or stick with what's already there.
