Passenger seat won't move backwards
Hey guys!
New to the m3. Just bought one a month ago. My passenger seat won't move backwards all the way so I'm not able to screw the two front bolts. Does this mean the seat motor controlling is bad? |

does anything else on that seat work? Do you hear a "click" when you press the button?

I had this exact thing happen in a pair of seats I bought, all other functions worked except for moving the seats back. They were a bitch to remove, but once out the problem was clear. The cable inside the seat that the motor connects to has a sheathing, in mine the sheathing had come apart and become a tangled mess which prevented the motor from operating. If your motor still makes a clicking noise like it should be operating, I’d bet that’s the issue. Good luck!
