E92 Eisenmann Exhaust Fitment Question

Has anybody fitted one of these with 83mm tips?

On their website it says "requires bumper modification" because of the 83mm tips I assume.

But, I have found a couple of videos of it being fitted/already fitted and the bumper looks untouched.

I've also found a few posts on forums with people saying it only took somewhere between 30-40 minutes to fit with the connecting pipes. No mention of modifying the bumper.
