Engine died, then wouldn't start, then started?

Hi guys, I had an interesting issue this morning on my way to work, here's the whole story:

So I went to peel out a little bit, and decided to clutch it just a little bit... car stepped out wide af, almost full lock steering, recovered smooth af, swung it back the other way a lil too. No jerking at all. On the rev limiter pretty much the whole time.

Then I get traction and grab second. When I do, I notice it's low on power, but there aren't any codes.

So I let off the gas, push the clutch and grab neutral, then the car died. Still no codes. I try to restart car while still rolling and nothing even happens. So I come to a stop, and shut the car all the way off and pull the key out (I don't have comfort access/tech package). Then I put the key back in, and start the car. It cranked very slowly at first but it started. Then I drove it around the parking lot lightly and nothing felt messed up at all. Had windows down and didn't hear any knocking. Car was fine. Clutch was fine. Shifted 1->2, revved w/ clutch while in gear, no problems...

Anyone have an idea what's going on? I searched around for a bit but didn't find anyone with these exact symptoms. I suspected RBs, but the engine wasn't seized or knocking.

If it was fuel starvation, wouldn't it have thrown a code for LPFP or HPFP? Or a lean mix code?

Alternator? How would that make the engine die?

To clarify, I did not lose all power... the only reason I noticed the engine had died was because I looked at the tach.

I only waited maybe 10 seconds before I pulled the key out and restarted it.
