its just not possible to get a perfect match when the bumper is painted off site. The reason is even 2 cars of the same color code can be different shades. For example i was recently parked next to my friends Jerez e90, in my Jerez e90, and when looking at the 2 side by side, one appears to be more blue, the other more purple. Didnt matter what angle you viewed from (metallic flop), they were clearly not the same formula. So while shops can get it very close, it will never be exact. And im not even taking into account the flex additive that is used for painting plastic, that also changes the color. Take a good look at your factory bumper to qtr panel, they will look different.
