I just paid off this car 11/12/2013. I have received the lien release and should receive a Colorado title in the next two weeks right around Thanksgiving. I wanted to list the M3 as early as possible as I'm moving out of the country January 4th so the car must be sold by Christmas. Otherwise, it is going into storage until I move back in June and I will sell it Summer 2014. This M3 is completely stock except for tinted windows, clear bra on the hood/side-view mirrors, and U.S. Millworks front license plate holder. 6-speed manual with Sunroof. No accidents, clean Carfax. Non-smoker, never raced or abused. Never taken over 4k rpm until 100% warmed up. This car has every option available in 2009 except the rear sunshade. It also does not have an alarm, but it is pre-wired by BMW for one. This car just came off warranty August 9th, 2013, but has two years remaining on the BMW wheel warranty (thru 12/2/2015). I had Gephardt BMW in Boulder go over this car right before the warranty expired 3 months ago. They replaced the radio head unit and DVD/CD player, updated the most recent software, flushed the brake fluid, replaced the microfilter, installed new brake light bulbs and adaptive headlight bulb, replaced the wipers, replaced the low pressure fuel sensor, and replaced the A/C evaporator and recharged the system. I replaced the rear tires w/ new Michelin Pilot Super Sports at 36,200 miles (so 3,600 miles total on them) at Discount Tire and also purchased their tire warranty. Car will be sold with brand new Michelin Pilot Super Sports on the front. There are a couple of minor issues with the car that I have documented in the photos. There is a rock chip dead-center of the windshield about 3 inches above the wipers, some scuffing on the driver's side rear bumper and area just below the brake light, and some scratches on the bottom of the front bumper (from parking curb) and behind the front license plate where the plate rubbed against the bumper. Other than that, the car is flawless. The previous owner was a surgeon from Seattle who moved to Milwaukee and traded it in at International BMW for an X5. I purchased the car from International BMW in December 2011 and it has remained garaged with me in Denver the last two years. This has been an absolutely amazing car. It turns heads everywhere and the last tech who worked on it told me to never sell it. I wouldn't sell it if I weren't moving out of the country and the fact that I already have an SUV I'm going to keep. I have received the lien release from Chase Bank. The State of Colorado should be mailing me a title in the next two weeks.
Lowered price to $39,500. Took ten more photos this morning (Monday 11/18) |
