FYI, M3 sedan (E90) production was 2008-2011 (2012-2013 was E92/E93 only).

Saddle Brown was not an interior color option for the E9x M3. Bamboo Beige was the only brown offered (aside from individual colors), and it's considerably lighter than Saddle Brown.

Good luck with your search. Be ready to pull the trigger very quickly on anything nice, they probably won't last if you spend a few days mulling it over.

For ~$25k, you're probably looking at cars with 80-100k-ish miles. There's a lot of E90s that can be found for that - about 15 nationwide listings right off the bat on Autotrader and most of them are clean Carfax. These include 6MTs and DCTs, so you're pretty spoiled for choice.

Any other specific wants? For that price you likely won't find anything in rare spec, mostly just the more common colors with NB/BB interiors. $25K was the same budget that I had and I ended up with a similarly-spec'd car recently.
