It's overpriced if you ask me. For 45k you can get a 2011.75 E90 with warranty in tact and with 15-25k miles as well as competition package. These specific mods wouldn't add much value either.

he's not super far off, but he does need to come down to very low $40's

Man, my car is also sitting on H&R's and it looks crazy low. I wish mine had the same drop as yours but it seems mine sits a bit lower. Tears my front guards all up.
