Garage List
1988 BMW M3  [0.00]
1988 BMW M3  [0.00]
2012 BMW M3  [0.00]
1990 BMW M3  [0.00]
This same situation happened to me.
I was the seller.
Tires were in good condition and when mounted buyer had bubbles in the.
Me and the buyer reached an agreement for half the original amount.
Both parties ended up happy.

To all the supporters of the original seller...I really dont know what to say to you guys other than, are you frikking crazy?...it doesnt matter thats its used or not, when someone sells you something and you get something that doesnt match what seller said, then you have a gripe...and to say there is no legal reason why seller has to offer anything is totally false imho....this is just another way of saying forget ethics, the law wont forme to do the right thing, but I beg to differ, I bet the law is on buyers side.

I as seller would take back all 4 tires or offer seller minimum of 300.00...if I could get off with 300.00 I would jump at it if I was seller...the burden of proof is on the seller not the buyer.

Personally I wouldnt have accepted any of those offers made by the seller...I would send all 4 tires back and get a full refund...either my bank or CC company or my attorneys would get my money back even if it cost me 1000.00 to make it happen...its about honor, pride, integrity and justice in the end.

Sad thing is this, when i read this thread, the buyer comes across as being quite reasonable...the seller slightly reasonable, but sellers friends coming to the rescue, well, nevermind...
