Best city to work as a periodontist...?

I need some advise one where would be the best place to live and work as a periodontist... time to leave oversaturated south florida. Please chime in!

Utah, don't laugh - I moved here from Florida, low crime, no humidity, no bugs. Good clean living with gorgeous summers and arguably the best snow in the world with three ski resorts 25 minutes from downtown Salt Lake City. Also, don't believe what you read, I have a brewery about 1 000 yards from my house and a distillery (whiskey/vodka) about two thousand yards away. Lots of cyclists, so way better experience than cycling in Florida where I passing motorists would spit or throw their trash at me all while trying to ride me off of the road. Another benefit is the highly educated population, low taxes and solid infrastructure, plus median house price in Salt Lake City is $227 000. Here are some job openings for you:

i have heard great things about utah. retirement is about 20 years away for me, but i don't think i'll be staying in california. too many entitled scumbags here.

Salt Lake City is awesome living and not far from Moab for great MTB. On the east coast Charlotte NC is the best kept secret but with more and more guys like me moving down from NY not sure how long it will last.
