Holy smokes! Roman, you need to get this running on your car so we can race again. Very impressive for running 93 octane.

Hopefully, someone will do an ESS vs HPf stage 1 or 2 video. I am waiting for this before making my decision lol...

There is one already. Biglare vs. HPF S2
He holds his own, its like 150HP difference and it hangs in there until the HPF Turbo finally spools off than gives like 2-3 car lengths (can't beat physics tho)

Its on youtube, since racing vids can't be posted

That was against Jim's HPF 2.5 with a built motor and more boost, not an HPF Stage 2 on stock internals. My VFE Stage 2+ SC'D E46 M3 @ 10-11psi ran very well against a Stage 2 HPF M3 on race fuel and trapped about the same at the track. I believe a SC'd E92 could do better.

Oh, so this thing might hold its own a little better than I thought.
I can't wait for summer so I can get this car out on the track. I'm sure it will be very light on its feel, but I'll be running some wide ass Rcomps to compensate for some lost grip

This season is going to be fun. And there's a Turbo Pcar that's been bugging me the past few years.
He's a terrible driver but of course always gained some space on the straights.
It ends now!!

With the E92, I also ran my buddies HPF E46 M3 pump vs. pump, he was @ 6.8psi, around 430whp, my E92 had full bolt ons and I managed to take him by 2+ cars. On 91+Meth of course he pulled good, but with some boost, I think I'd been right there or maybe a tad faster. The vid is on youtube as well.

Without much more boost, than a stock S65 can handle, I don't think we'll be able to run with Jim's HPF 2.5 though.

Thanks. I have an idea where the ESS stands now.

Jim's HPF 2.5 is very fast. It has more HP and weighs about 500 lbs less then then Biglare's E90 M3.

It will be tough for a supercharged E9X M3 to beat a HPF 2.5 in a street race unless the E9X car has a low CR motor build with high boost.

Maybe a VT3 would be up to the task

Correct, the customer sold the exhaust before we could address the low end power dip for him. The exhaust made very good hp / tq above 2800 RPM to redline without software. From the exhaust systems we have seen most need proper software to make max power thru the entire RPM range.

VT3? Wow, is it happening soon? I hope your car gets the prototype kit so we can make some vids. I might have to use race fuel just to keep up .

It was originally scheduled for May 1, but the date has been retracted and a new date has not yet been announced.
