Fox Red Dye/Conditioning

Hi all - new owner here. I have the Fox Red interior, which unfortunately has a small stain on the passenger seat. I'd prefer to do the work myself rather than pay a specialist. Is there a factory/aftermarket dye that folks recommend for BMW interiors?

Next question - what's the most popular leather conditioner to keep the leather looking its best?

Thanks!
