I wanted to update everyone on our new VT2-625. This kit version has been in development for awhile and after months of testing is ready to be released. Boost on this new kit is 7.5 psi and it is designed to run on 93AKI/98RON or above quality fuel. We also require installing a high flow / catless exhaust system with this kit to maximize performance. DCT equipped vehicles will require our DCT software.

We just installed and dyno tested this kit on a bone stock E92 M3 that has a stock exhaust system. This customers car is having a catless exhaust system installed tomorrow. We have another car in for installation now that has a catless exhaust system. We will be dyno testing it today and posting up the performance results soon.

Before / After VT2-625 @ 7.5 psi
93AKI fuel, Manual transmission, Euro Spec E92 M3

Not sure we had boost hooked up on this car, I believe we did but I will check. I will get them on Per's car which we are testing today with the VT2-625 and catless exhaust. Catless / high flow cats on this car provide a nice bump in power

BTW tightie what's the latest on your beast ? I haven't seen any dyno or performance data posted yet.

The car is running great, I'm very happy with it, but there's still a few things to do and there are no official #'s yet, but those will be coming soon.

I hope I didn't come off wrong on the boost request, but the only two people that ever post the logs are Robert and Drew! It would be nice to see them on all the dyno charts. This way there is no speculation or conjecture from anyone.

Per

Here are your final numbers before with stock exhaust and after with the VT2-625 and catless exhaust in SAE and STD correction. I have also included the boost graph

It was nice that Gustav from M5board was able to come by today and attend our dyno sessions. It will also be a lot of fun to see how the VT2-625 performs this weekend against some other high performance cars during the M5board airfield event.

Stock E92 M3 93 AKI / 98 RON VS VT2-625 with Catless exhaust @ 7.5 psi 93 AKI / 98 RON

Agreed Josh, very well said.

Roman,

Excellent #'s, awesome gains from the catless exhaust system & THANK YOU, for posting the boost graph as well.

I can't wait to see this car at Gustav's event, I know per will do us proud, best of luck on that. I wish they had an event like that for us in the states!

+1 Agreed! I'm with you and need to try it out, but the gas is so bad in AZ it will be hard to keep up the octane level.

Glad to see the boost posted with the graphs as well.

I need a DCT flash soooooo bad!!!
I would have this in a flash, however Im not quite sure what size pulley I would need to run 7,5PSI considering I am already using a 92mm which is 7,5 at sea level, and only registering 5,8PSI

I would need a 9,5PSI pulley to make 7,4 PSI at my altitude

Do you have a 9,5PSI pulley?
