$500 Administration Fee... did any of you guys pay this?

My dealer wants a $500 administration fee. Title and Tag is a separate fee unrelated to this paperwork admin fee BS.

Did any of you guys pay a $500 admin fee, is this legitimate or should I tell my dealer i'm not paying that.

Other than the negotiated price for the car, I paid $56.25 for a temp tag. Some other dealers put it on their quote, but they did not get my order.

Unfortunately in AZ the dealers add this Documentary Fee in addition to the DMV fees. My dealer charged me $489 (last year it was only $388). If it hadn't been for the ~$3.2K trade-in Sales Tax credit I received locally, I would have abandoned the local dealers and bought from a forum sponsor
