Oh i see. He's talking about an individual order.

The colors don't quite fit, but ok.

Have to admit that I sometimes pine for a more vibrant color like one of the blues (Estoril, LSB, Interlagos), Fire Orange, etc., but at the end of the day, Space Grey was my first choice when I was looking for an M3 and I love it very much.

The virtues are that it is a very livable color, hides dirt and swirls well, and shows off the lines on the E9x body very well. It has a very subtle attraction that looks amazing at dusk/night, especially with a good detail.

I think it lends itself best to very clean "OEM-plus" builds or aftermarket builds that are restrained and not over the top.

Understated and classy, let's the lines do the talking. Best thing, the easiest color to maintain. It gets dirty and poof...it turns into a frozen gray! I prefer the clean shimmer though. A few past and present here, she's such an exhibitionist!

Big fan of your car, Denk. It was inspiration back in my pre-M3 days when I was just lurking and dreaming about one.

Space Grey is such a great color. It is very understated, and elegant. When I bought my E90 M3 I had never seen Sparkling Graphite. I was looking for a E90 6MT and was skeptical about the color until I saw it in the bright sunshine. Excellent. I can say the same about Space Grey. 5 Stars!!!

Ditto on what most others have already said in praising Space Gray. It does indeed look classy, elegant and understated. I'm so much more into less flash but then they fall in love with it because of the way it looks, how it handles, the sound it makes, and the whole M3 mystique.
I knew exactly what I wanted color wise interior and exterior, looked for one year everywhere, and finally found her here from a former enthusiast.
Low mileage 2011 Space Gray e90's w/ full black leather interior, ZCP and other add-ons are rare but worth finding and enjoying.

The paint is extremely dynamic with some coaxing from light sources.

space is good. suits the car's shape well. It also lends itself well to all types of modding styles.

While I own an Alpine White M3, I love the Space Grey color, it's always worked for me. I owned a 535i D XDrive in this color and would recommend that you have a professional paint correction with a coating such as Modesta or CQuartz. Why so I recommend this? Because your paint will pop, I had this done on my 535 and the paint looked like glass and really revealed the color in the best way possible.

PS: I am an impatient SOB, so the dealer had one M3 at the time in AW, it was ZCP, so I took it event though Space Gray was my preference.
