Expected Lease Payments on a 09 M3?
What should I expect to pay monthly on a 36m lease on an M3? Lets say I load it up to around 65k MSRP, and reading around they have been selling near invoice so that would be 60k + tax.
With 60-62k cost price can i expect to pay less than 1k per month? I hear the M3 has better lease rates than Benz (was going to by a C63AMG but if the M3 can beat the C63's 1200/m lease price significantly ill go with the M3). What did you guys pay for your M3 and what are your monthly payments on your leases? Thanks! |

Ahhh... those days of high residuals and low money factors a few months ago.
Can I ask how much you put down? I put down $1500 and got in at $710 including tax. $55k purchase price e90... Doubt we'll see lease deals like that again anytime soon. EDIT: Saw from your other posts, you put $3000 down. Good deal! |

Kind of hard to get an exact quote since so many dealers/states differ, as well as your persoanl credit.
But it seems as if most '09s have been going for somewhere in the low $1K range and even up to $1200.

This dealer quoted me 1114 for a 36 mos lease with 10k miles per yr. This includes my payment of 3500 neg equity this is with 10k cash down.
Do you guys find this a good deal? or i can do better? |

Bmw has increased the MF and reduced the residuals significantly as they would prefer not to lease the m3's at this time. My brother-in-law went to see a leftover 08 vert and got quoted around 1300 per month for lease. It's just ridiculous considering what the rates were in feb. Your best bet is to negotiate the purchase price as much as possible and then finance with penfed at 3.99 or take out a home equity line. |

Lol I did bmw select and I got payments of $670, zero down.
5 year financing but with a balloon at the end. You pay for a percentage of the car and after 5 years you either refinance the rest of the money or you sell that car.. (99% of the time you can sell the car for how much you owe, only if you got a good deal on the car in the first place).. I HIGHLY recommend this with european delivery.. See signature and I pay 670 a month zero down. Also the MSRP of the car was $68,2xx, and I got it for $59,725. |
