I'm not sure, I bought through ECS yesterday and didn't see any mention of a template but you could be right, I might call my nearest dealer and see if they have anything.

I stupidly forgot to take a ruler with me this morning. I will try and get you measurements this weekend.

Use a heat gun at distance to make sure you don't get the paint too hot. The badge then comes off easily. I use a trim tool to just pry them.off
