My New MR E92 M3
Hey guys after months of passive searching, I found the one. After telling myself that I would not spend money in these troubling times, I did the exact opposite I flew out to Denver and bought this bad boy. My dream spec was a Red E92 M3 with every option from the factory and a 6Spd and I got exactly that and some more. One of the forum members posted this beauty for sale and within a few days I had flown out purchased it and made the 1000 mile trip back home to Los Angeles. The trip took me through west colorado, Utah, through Vegas and back home, trip was roughly 1000 miles and 15 hours of drive time with multiple stops for gas and food. I knocked it out in one day with the help of some energy drinks and fast food. So here I am with my dream spec with some nice modifications already done to her, HRE Wheels, KW V3 Coilovers, Evolve exhaust and tune. Maintenance is done to the top so nothing I could ask more of.
So here I am after many years of praying that I could own an E92 M3, it actually happened. |

Beautiful car, congrats! Did you notice the cars power increasing as you descended back to sea level?
Also can't hurt to clear adaptations via OBD and force reset to sea level. But maybe mechanics can chime in.

Thanks guys, anyone have suggestions on what CF splitters, hood vents, fender vents, spoiler, and diffuser to get? I’m an E46 guy so don’t really know this side of the market.

I personally do not like any splitters or diffusers on the E9X. I think it looks best without it. I would get OEM M performance CF trunk spoiler, autotecknic CF front grill/side gills and a set of black style 359 or black apex arc-8. That's how my MR would look like if I had one !

Thanks guys, I did in fact get Auto teknik CF mirror caps, oem m performance spoiler, ind painted reflectors, ind cf hood vents, all I need is CF splitters and some interior bits and I’m done. I love the ZCP’s but I also like having some HRE bling as well. I did throw on some ceramic window tints including the windshield and got the CF roof clear bra’d. Next up is maintenance/ performance then will move onto the interior!

Beautiful car, I dreamed of a MR 6MT with loaded options myself. I was lucky and found one for sale 2 hours after it was posted. Enjoy

Congratulations on a great find. So glad you are keeping the HREs - they look awesome and much more individual!
