Sticky rear passenger window

So this only happens in the morning, same time every day. I'm in Florida and I kept the car outside overnight when I start it in the morning I use the all windows down switch to put them down to clear off the dew and use the same switch to put them back up and the rear passenger Window doesn't go up unless I let off the stitch and press it again. All other windows operate normal and this only happens in the morning, every morning.

I'm guessing it has something to do with the moisture? If so can I do something to isolate it. I haven't noticed any leaks and it's totally fine mid day even after it rains.

Or perhaps the regulator needs a good cleaning?

Any suggestions?

Thanks

-Mark.
