M3 in Forza 3 Demo screenshots (iPhone taken)

The Forza 3 Demo came out yesterday and I've been playing it like crazy. Though you can't drive them in the demo you do race against a M3 and M3 GTR depending on which vehicle you choose.

Thought I post a few screenshots I took from the Replay cameras using the "follow other racer" option.

Wish I had the ability to do videos, it's even better in motion.

On rear shot you can see what some of the damage looks like from another racer rubbing against me a few times.

looks good, dont mind getting an xbox for this game but then i have to change the wheel also... since i have my wheel setup for ps3, but the gt5 is taking light years to come out

Need for Speed: Shift is on sale for only 39 at BestBuy this week.
I'm a GT fan myself but couldn't resist 39 price tag so I picked up mine yesterday.

I loved Forza2 but traded in my xbox for a ps3 just to get the Formula 1 game. Might just have to buy another Xbox for this game.

Unfortunetly my iPhone does not do the picture from my 60" 1080p TV justice.

It looks even better in motion, and there is a slight motion blur cause the cars are going 80+mph in these screens.

Oh a couple of ridiclous details to note that I noticed after watching the replays a lot

1) after a few laps you can SEE tire wear on the upper edge of the tire sidewals!

2) If you choose a camera that is super close to the wheel and watch VERY careful, you will actually SEE the tire flex side to side as the cars go around tires. (hence the cause of 1 above).

The physics in the game are really incredible, everything just feels right.

I took my E92 M3 to the track (first time ever for me) in June, and after it was over I wanted to try and experince that in Forza 2 when I got home, but it just never seemed write, and didn't seem to match what I had on the track. After playing this demo for a few minutes I was like "wow that's exactly what I was trying to recreate". Didn't get to use the M3 in the demo, but the RWD car just feel dead on this time.

Just my take.

hmmm $40 for Shift, damn I'll probably have to get that now.
