DIY REQUEST: E60 Remove Kidney Grills & Headlights

does anyone have a diy or know how to take off the kidney grills and headlights on an E60? please PM me since i'm always on 1Addicts and never on this forum. thanks in advance!

Pull on them until they come off. If that doesn't work, have a friend pull on you while you pull on them. int pullers++ until grille comes off.

i searched there and found nothing but actually i did post this in the wrong forum, thanks for pointing that out.
