Overun Burble and Backfiring

I can assure you all.... this is nothing at all like the stock momentary crackle when lifting off.
I can alter it to come in at different rpms.
I can change it in many ways.

Even to the extent of being onbnoxious .... like one person will report back :-)

For the hooligans and real petrol heads this will be interesting.

As for for anyone thinking its the same as something else, I think you are mistaken.
A mistake was once made ..... not again.

Can be done on any supercharger :-)

Gogo Sal! Think this will be camera ready for next week? My evolve xpipe and evolver cable is on the way and I am hoping you can add this to my stage II tune!

My E90 M3 with the Evolve XPipe and Stage 2 Tune does have a momentary snap and crackle too, but its inconsistent and very conditional. But when it does, man does it sound great.

In contrary to my E46 m3 with the Evolve overrun feature, it is ALWAYS very consistent and happens regularly.

In my opinion, it isn't tacky, nor annoying. A ton of the E46 M3 guys loved it when Evolve first announced they could do it on that car. Just the other day, I was zipping around town in my buddy's E46 M3 with a CSL Airbox and Schrick Cams. He has the Evolve overrun and it sounds absolutely WICKED with his stepped headers and 3.5" exhaust.

Seriously cannot wait to get mine next week. Weather permitting, I'll try to grab some videos too!

Welp looks like I'll be getting a Evolve tune next month if I decide to stay N/A. This is great, love the popping with a tad bit of flame.

Here you go, last night was so much better, only have a few minutes and was getting complaints from people and a threat to call the cops ha

videos do not do it justice, I will setup a DB meter so you guys can tell how LOUD it is

Supercars and modern oe factory cars do this.
Look at the F10 M5 for example with the strange warbling pop it makes. Does it from factory.

The M3 owners wanting it definitely makes sense.

As you can see from the video it is very clean sounding and will only do it on quick throttle releases at high rpm.
Notice when Mkphoto holds the rpm and releases slower it won't do it.
