Sway bar endlink

I have a issue with breaking my front BimmerWorld endlinks. This is the 3rd one. The threads just rip out. Has anyone had this issue before or what end link would you recommend. They are paired with MCS coil overs and hotchkis bar.

Are you too low for stock end links? I have a dinan sway bar and ohlins coilovers. I have been using the stock end links that I bought from FCP Euro and when they need replacement I just get them again for free.

Not sure I do neutral the bar with the adjustable ones and run the 11-12.5in endlinks. I might be just better off putting my stock back on.

I had to throw the Dinan end links out because they don't even work with their own sway bar, terrible company. Try the stock links and then if you ever have to replace them get them from FCP Euro so you don't have to pay again

Turner makes a quality adjustable link however 12.5 is the stock end link length so i would use oem if i were you. Some dont have that option .

I use SPL links. Great company to work with. I had to get something unique to work with my Eibach bars and Ohlins TTX. I told them what I needed and they provided something custom to my spec.

Based on how much I adjust it, looks like its around 11.5in the end link is not adjusted out very much.

It would work with no issues just not preform the way it should. Waiting for a response from bimmerworld.

Well working mesns working without negative effect. If you can rotate the sway bar down and it fits than it will work fine. If its too long you wont be able to fit it. It doesnt matter what angle the sway bar lies

With MCS you need to use the shorter Bimmerworld end links. They come in two different lengths.

Significantly shorter, plus offset mounting hardware to access all of the sway bar settings. They can accommodate both short and long needs.

Somewhat related .. is there any benefit from aftermarket end links if you’re at stock (ZCP) height?

Adjustable end links are for zeroing out the load on the sway bar when lowering so I would say you have no benefit.

Wow those are nice! I might end up getting a pair because the OEM ones don't seem to last very long.

The biggest issue is not making sure they don't bind on full lock steering on both side. Endlilnks have high axial load strength and really low radial load strength.
