Yes indeed... perhaps this will be like the Megan Racing Exhaust. I'm tempted to get one.

Bravo! Looks loud. This paired with Megan would be way too loud. Bet it would sound great with an akra slip on though.

That does look great and the catless X Pipe is on my list of planned mods. And supposedly Megan is making one as well. I would like to see one with one set of resonators, though those could always be added later for a few hundred dollars.

Would always get a x pipe with a resonator to be honest, always found they have a cleaner sound.

Definitely a lot more fair pricing compared to many others on the market! This would be perfect if they would locate the XPipe closer to the engine. I'm pretty sure they will be able to make a little bit more power that way.

I know quite a few E46 M3 guys run the TopSpeed Muffler and I haven't heard too many complaints.

Why not order it? It was only a matter of time before an enterprising individual realized that us idiots (correction)...you idiots () spend so much coin on exhaust products that aren't very sophisticated to fabricate and can then undercut all of the overpriced stuff by removing the greed factor.

If it's good stainless and the fitment is also good...who cares?

Yeah I mean I talked to one of their guys a little bit ago. It is in fact designed for our cars, so it should fit perfect. My only concern now, is will this void my CPO/factory warranty? As it will throw a check engine light.. which I really don't care about. Any other issues I'd be concerned about?

E90-E92-E93 all use same center section only difference is tip length for the axle back.

Yes, any exhaust except BMW's exhaust risks voiding the warranty. You are screwing with the AF mixture, making the car run rich at times, engaging in an illegal act, causing the engine to make more power than BMW warranted it for the average irresponsible owner to have, and so forth. Some dealers will make a note in your history log and others won't care. If you do have a claim, you can fight a denial if you can prove your mod had nothing to do with the failure. I would take it off if going in to the dealer. I would also run it with a tune so it runs right, and I would reflash the car to stock before going to the dealer.

Lol...well I guess I just stick to an axle back exhaust.

Definitely true!! Keep us posted on your order. You should do some before/after dynos to prove that we don't have to spend thousands of dollars on a functional XPipe.
