Buy a good ball joint separator tool to pop it out of the knuckle. It looks like you have the nut off and trying to get it out. Autozone has decent tools you can rent to get it done. I bought one of of ECS and used it on my mom's Mercedes when she wanted a suspension refresh. It pops them out easy but makes a hell of noise doing so.

Soaked it in PB Blaster for a few hours and finally got the tension arm out after I hammered in a T40 bit to the stripped bolt. Didn't look rusty, but still seized on there.
