Tire Rack $70 pre paid M/C with 4 Michelins

Since I'm in need of some summer rubber I was tire rack and saw this deal. Thought I'd share in case anyone is also in need. $70 is $70!

Offers only good in the USA and on until March 22nd. It's a mail in rebate.

Actually, I think that offer may have expired, but there's a new one starting today through 5/10. However, if you are looking for PSS in the ZCP size, I'm not sure if they have the correct tire in stock. It's reported as a Mercedes fitment. Perhaps Ben or someone else from Tirerack can comment.

I'm getting 255/35/19 and 285/35/19 PSS. They have the fronts in stock but said the 285s are in back order from Michelin; 275s available and a pair of 295/30s. Not sure about stock 245/265 fitment.

$70 rebate thing is still on.

They will usually honor the prepaid card as long as you order inside the time period.

275/35-18 is back ordered as well but im still planning to order

Well crap. TR says at least 60 days till the 275/35-18 PSS is available. Guess I will go with the Conti DW for this set

That's actually what I decided to run this time around too.

Normally I would wait the PSS is worth it, but Two of my summers are dying a slow death due to potholes so I need something now and wanted to wrap it into a wheel upgrade.

Can't complain about the DWS so hopefully these are good too. Side benefit is the DW comes in 295/35-18 which is a little bit better rear fitment than the 285 the Michelin maxes out at in 18" sizes.

Any feedback from Tirerack on how long the 285/35/19 is on backorder?

Nothing official. My local shop searched nationwide affiliates an no one had stock. He said the back order from Michelin could be "weeks".

They found me a set of 295/30 and offered to do a test fit. Should be here tomorrow. If they don't work, I'll just go 275/35 for now.
