Video In Motion using code vs module

i found someone who can hard wire the module into the car to have video in motion, i am considering it strongly.. yet i was told there is someone in our area who can do this without a module using coding.. does anyone who this is in our area?

If others drive the vehicle, the module does have the option of turning Video in motion on or off as you desire.

Simply choose what best suits you.
