Thinking of refinancing with CapOne
Any decent experiences? I feel all the reviews I read are pretty bad but their rate is decent... What gives?

My parents just used them to refinance a note on their Volvo. If Capital One can beat 1.74% I'll eat my hat.

+1 for PenFed. I've had great customer service with them and an awesome rate!

Sounds a little to good to be true so I'm going to wait on confirming their services. I do like the fact that I'm working with 1 guy rather than the 3 from CapOne. Has anyone worked with the educations credit union? |

All you do to join PenFed is pay a nominal fee. I think it's $15, split between a $5 checking (or deposit) account you'll never use and a $10 donation to a military-related charitable organization.
