I don't have any noise issues - I live in suburbia and no complaints - I do try and "ease" out of the neighborhood tho :-) As for smell, I think it depends on fit. Mine do smell once in a while but nothing overwhelming or what I would consider dangerous - But proceed as best makes you most comfortable. I will also say if you get the test pipes welded to the xpipe there is no smell (smell comes from poorly fitted test pipes at seam where they fit to the xpipe). Mine are clamped on, but I need to put back the oem setup for inspection soon. And when I have them off I am going to weld them to the pipes before I put them back on - I think that will eliminate the slight odor. Doug |

Hi all,
First of all, say a big thank you to @BOOF-M3 for organizing the group purchase. And now we are going to what is important, today I was able to reprogram my car and say that the changes have been very appreciable. Previously I had a tune from a local chiptuner, to be able to compare I made time measurements in acceleration and for example going out in 2nd gear from 50mph to 75mph I was able to lower 0.5s !! Is awesome! Definitely the car feels with more power and more torque in the lower part of the rpm. I am delighted and very happy with the deal with Alex. In addition, with its indications and its program it is very easy to perform this task yourself and with the advantage that I have been able to create a backup of my old tune. Nice job Alex@Alpine! I'm very happy! Courage and keep it up! |

Car specs:
2013 E92 M3 Comp DCT ACM Test Pipes Agency Power Exhaust GTS DCT Tune Alpine Tune HUGE thanks to BOOF-M3 for organizing the group buy. Alex has been great. I'm sharing my experience, adding to the positive reviews that led me to go with Alpine vs other tunes. Shipment was quick, it was on my door step in 2 days. Followed the instructions (very clear and easy) and in about an hour (i elected to backup my stock file - 40 minutes) my car was tuned. No errors or problems in the process. I only contacted Alex to let him know it completed successfully. Driving impression: Amazing! I went with 93 Octane Stage 2 since I have test pipes. Combination of test pipes and tune really woke the car up. The car now chirps 3rd gear with ease. Car feels smooth and strong, very happy with the results and glad I went with Alex's tune. I highly recommend |

Black Friday deal coming soon!
There is no additional charge for additional file requests. When you go stage 2 just request a new file and flash it in. |

Subscribed and looking forward to this as well!
Side note, is there a way to activate Valet mode without flashing? Can one store multiple maps on the ECU at one time and have a trigger to activate each?

If you are requesting additional tune file (after your initial first tune) please be patient. If you are going from stage 1 to stage 2 and need a single file immediately send me another email I will try to accommodate you but please be fair because if you are cutting the line that means the next person is going to wait longer. |
