How to Check Big Brake Kit Wheel Clearance
Wheel clearance is a crucial factor when considering an aftermarket brake kit, and many of the questions we're asked on a daily basis revolve around wheel fitment. Physically checking clearance on your chosen wheel via our downloadable PDF fitment templates is the best way to ensure compatibility, and Essex provides these for every brake kit we offer. We just uploaded this new video on YouTube to supplement the written instructions on our site. Thank you for your continued support, and yes, I really did ding the AP Racing calipers on my own vette with my wheel weights...doh!

Thanks. We talk with the APEX guys all the time on this topic. We typically send them the wheel template and they tell us which of their wheels clear it...which is usually all of them. Several of their team members run our Essex brake kits on their personal cars.

Yeah they're great. I have an M3 swapped 1 series and was trying to fit one of your M3 kits in any of their wheels that fit but had no luck, they were super helpful trying to find a solution.
