Speedo diff with square set up?

I used one of those aspect ratio calculators to get the speedo difference when switching to the square set up. It says the fronts are very close with minimal difference and the rears can have a three or more miles per hour difference the faster you go with speedo showing faster than your actual speed? Does this sound accurate? I put on my Apex wheels this afternoon and took it for a run and it seems like the over all difference might be bigger.
