Anyone with Vorsteiner Diffuser type II and

Anyone running Vorsteiner rear diffuser Type II with aftermarket exhaust ? I currently have the Akrapovic exhaust installed and the car is at the body shop getting ready to install my vorsteiner parts and the guy called me to tell me the rear diffuser will not work with the Akrapovic exhaust unless he does some cutting.

Anyone can confirm that ? I will pass by after work to see but I am surprised as I modified my 5 serie with Vorsteiner and this was OEM fitment.

I was expecting a perfect fit.

I have the same diffuser and am running the Akra with it. no issues. Wasn't an issue even with my previous Meisterschaft exhaust.

I have akra with type 2 diffuser with no fitment issues either.

i managed to install it without a problem.

may i see a pic of your car ? Are your tips flush with the diffuser or are they sticking a bit. Please post a pic

I have the same combo with no issues. The tips used to stick out far enough so I could clearly read the Akrapovic logo (cf tips) and now they're slightly sunken in

Try test fitting it yourself. If you get it to line up it might be worth it to just install it yourself as well. It's not that hard! Good luck!
