Front lip looks great! Very clean car overall as well.

What's the difference between the FW and Mode side skirts? What do you mean by more conservative? Considering the FW myself which is why I ask.

Thanks for the compliments! As for the FW skirts, their finish is not that great. You compare the finish on MC pieces and it is high quality. The clear coat is not very glossy. Their overall quality wasn't a good match to the other parts I had. They look good once installed but to me they just didn't flow that well.

By more conservative I mean the MC skirts flow a lot better with the lines of the car, they are thinner and I know they will be 100% CF quality parts and of course lighter.

^ from the pics I've seen of the MC side skirts they are WAY better than the FW's. Wish they were cheaper though....

No doubt, I too wish they were cheaper, that's the only thing that's got me on hold right now. Too much of my hard earned cash spent recently. Hopefully soon though

Ahh, ok. Appreciate the replies! Was trying to figure out where the $1k difference came into play.

I went with Mode Carbon V2, and was extremely happy with the quality of the weave and the fitment... until I destroyed the lip. Currently enjoying the peace of mind of not worrying about hitting curbs or scrapping on Houston's ridiculous inclines, but will probably get another one from them soon.

I have to say that since I got the skid plate installed I must've hit and scraped this thing a million times, so far so good she's still alive and perfect.

Interested in this as well...does anyone know where to get this? Checked iND and EAS sites but couldnt find it. IMO this is the most OEM looking lip out there

I keep seeing people say the Challenge doesn't have as much clearance as the V1 but the photos of the FRP Challenge lip vs the V1 looks very close to each other. I admit though that the Mode lip looks crazy good.

Depends on if those people are talking about the CF Challenge lip or the Urethane Challenge lip as the Urethane version is not as aggressive as the CF. The urethane lip is much closer, if not the same, as the Mode V1 in terms of clearance. From the original development thread:

FWIW, I'm not sure if anyone carries the Challenge Urethane GT Lip anymore or if it's even still in production.
