Tension arm is much higher up and may not get any airflow. It's also a lot more crowded up there with the steering tie rod and swaybar in the same space.

Oh true. I have diffuser tunnels in my splitter positioned like the 911 photo posted so it made sense looking at mine.

These have been on my car since Oct 2017 and have gone thru multiple trackdays and heavy rain + standing water and have never come loose. I've only had to re-adjust the position of one side once because the angle was a bit off.

I have a buddy with a 997 I helped install these while we were doing other work on his car recently.
And afterwards I saw they are so cheap so I ordered a set to try on my e92 (back ordered so I’m still waiting on delivery). I didn’t even know anyone else had thought to do this until I saw this thread. Glad to know they do indeed fit haha |

I first placed the order through FCP Euro who then contacted me a week later and canceled it saying they were back ordered with no ETA. Then I placed it with Suncoast parts:
https://www.suncoastparts.com/product/PKGT3FRS.html After I placed that order they also said back ordered but had a estimated shipping date of May 1. As of today they haven’t shipped yet. So I’m not sure I would recommend using them either time will tell lol

I've run these for a couple years and a few track days. The other day I ran over a large rock on the freeway and it broke a couple zip ties on the duct but the duct itself survived it. These are super durable and seem to make some improvement.

Any particular zip ties you guys use?
Cheap ones I have will not last for sure. .

Let me get this straight... You are swapping out parts designed by some of the top engineers in the world because some guys sponsored by a company told you it's "better??" But when you ask the same guy about tracking, "oh no, I have a kid now" or "I just detailed my car." or "i just got new tires."

I used just regular ones and they worked.
