Side marker install San Diego

Who can install them in sd without scratching my paint? I tried but gave up. Lol

Did you try the tape method? Put one strip above side marker, one strip below side marker, connect both ends making a handle and pull. Easiest way I've found since prying it out with a mini flat head is dangerous for paint. Also use some sticky tape!

This is how I did it, very easy.

I had the same problem as the OP; I tried tape, I tried screwdrivers, I tried pulling really hard. Nothing even got close.

Took it to my local body shop and they did it for free (car had been in twice for insurance work recently).

Get some high tack gloves from Harbor freight and pull straight back on the shallow end (not the end that’s easy to grab). Pull back enough to wedge a kite string in and pull it off

Tape method worked for me very quickly. Use one hand to hold the shipping / packing tape in place and the other to pull the loop.
