How many have you seen that needed a crankshaft regrind? I've got an 08 with 83K miles that is going to have this service performed, but I'm hoping a crank regrind won't be necessary or else I'm fucked. lol

We've only seen a couple of instances where the crank was damaged, but those were extraordinary circumstances. We rarely ever seen the cranks in bad shape while performing a visual inspection during the bearing service.

Aside from his motor mounts being toasted, his DCT pan was also leaking so we addressed that as well.

2010 E92 M3 - DCT - 61,xxx

As many of you may already remember our former shop car. Big Purp has had an ESS blower on it for a long time and got properly punished. Warmed up and oil changed regularly after track days and events. While putting the supercharger kit back on for the current owner, he decided to address the rod bearings.

Dennis' car has been supercharged for a long time. Unsure of the previous usage he decided it was time to address the bearings. He did this along with clutch and flywheel, full fluid services and Ohlins R/T coil overs.

Can't wait to pick her up tomorrow. The bearings look pretty bad! I'm glad I got them done. The new OEM oil pan looks great as well.

Thank you Matt and ACM for taking care of my car !

Yeah, the new oil pan was the way to go. Now that you're bearings, actuators and v/c gaskets are done you've got yourself a fresh S65
