Corvette ZR1 at the ring

Pretty cool video - I like the overlay of the map and stats.

More than pretty cool.. That was fantastic. Would you love to have the entire Nordschliefe to yourself like that? 7:26 is no joke, and the power that car showed from ~70mph to 150mph was amazing.

Thanks for posting that!

Waste of time. Unless the conditions are the same, same driver at least...these tests dont hold much water. If anything it speaks more to the driver skill then the 'fastest car'

wow, disappointing time for the 135i. slower than a 130i, and, most painfully, slower than the torque-steer king mazdaspeed 3.

I really question the validity of these times. Specifically, the Mazdaspeed 3 beating a 135.

Keep in mind that it could have been wet, busy, crap driver etc. etc. so no I don't think that time is representative of a 135. It's a relatively new car, so look for better times to be posted this summer

Interesting note being the latest review of the modern hotrods in Car and Driver. The GT-R they drove in this particular test was roughly a second slower than the previous one...curious, curious.
Also, the stupidity of some of the comments on almost every youtube video is astounding if not depressing.

I can't see how the 335i Coupe would be 13 seconds faster than the 135i - I'm inclined to think it was different conditions, as mentioned above. Could be different driver skill levels, different track conditions, etc.
