$599 a month on an M3 coupe!?

Just got an email from Weatherford BMW saying they are having lease specials.... Scroll down and see a loaded M3 Coupe 5k down $599 a month. 36 month lease.

Does this sounds legitimate? I saw people leasing for 1,000 a month +

In LA 6MT’s aren’t moving nearly as well as DCT’s. I know dealers are more motivated to do deals on 6MT’s which those appear to be. That could have something to do with it, but still sounds like a smoking deal!

I've heard that the lease residuals dropped significantly, so that may be the reason for the decrease in price (..along with $5500 plus drive-off fees).

It's not a coupe, its the sedan.

$5500 at signing/36mo.

Probably 10k/mi per yr?

I just called. Both coupe's are demo cars titled in NJ with ~900+ miles, the sedan is new. The deal is
5500 cap cost reduction + 1st month's payment + tax + security deposit (if nec). After that it's 599 + tax each month.

It is a 10k/year lease.

So with zero down which you should always do on a lease you will be looking at a lease rate in the 900+ range.

You can be sure that the break-in was done properly.

Did you ask what were the prices of both vehicles?
