Interestingly, the M3 in this month's Car & Driver comparison test with the RS5 and CTS-V Coupe appears to be Frozen Grey.
It does not seem to be the limited edition though, just a ZCP M3 in Frozen Grey (probably a la carte option in Germany). Considering that starting in Sept. the 2-tone black/red interior is also an option, not sure how exclusive the "30" units will be...

There was a frozen grey M3 at Nuerburgring last month. The car had been there for quite some time - judging by the amount of surface rust on the brake rotors. It was just outside the 'Ring Werk Museum.
Here are some pics... and... check out the price! That is what they sell 'em for over here!! and for more Ring photos and story here, incase you missed it! http://www.1addicts.com/forums/showt...urgring+museum |

Grey
I love BMW M anything but in Grey! I love the car, seats, comp package etc. I think Black or white or red would have been better.I would not trade my white M3 even now for it. I still can not understand why BMW did not put at least a single extra horse or torques in it. Most are going for 100 + on ebay I can not wait to see if someone actually pays for it.

Looks like we're getting some additional support from Bimmerpost to hunt down the last few since this thread is mentioned on the front page.

I am located in Calgary Canada and received my monthly e-newsletter from my local dealership.
The newsletter stated that there are 4 Frozen Grey M3's (2 vert's and 2 coupes) plus one frozen black. |

I just saw that car at Ring Werk last week. Notice how the bumper is discolored from the body. metal to plastic. if i paid $5K for paint i would be pretty pissed if it didn't match up. i have some up close photos of it on my phone that shows it is several shades off metal to plastic.
on the price, remember that includes 19% VAT. At 81k euro if the euro were to reach parity with the dollar (it might very well do that with this economy) it would be pretty comparable to the US price. higher end cars are much closer now even with the 1.3-1 exchange rate. Quote:

FYI--
#3 was not Herb Chambers in Boston-- that is BMW of Sudbury in Sudbury, MA, which is also a Herb Chambers dealership.
