Stoptech anti knock back springs

Looking for advice on adding anti knock back springs to my Stoptech kit. What lb springs did you chose, 4lb or 6lb and what was the outcome?

I have the ST60/ST40 setup. Should I add springs to not only the front but also the rear?

#6 all around and make sure the pads slide into the calipers easily. If they get caught up, run the pad edges on a grinder to remove some material (metal part of the pad, not the brake pad material itself!)
